The beautiful hamlet of Pin Mill sits on the South bank of the River Orwell, in Suffolk and is a favourite location for myself and other photographers.
The Boat Graveyard is a short walk past the Butt & Oyster riverside pub and up into the wood. As you enter the wooded area, follow the track for a short distance passing the boat houses until you see the boat wrecks through the trees. Hop down the bank and over the small barrier on the shoreline. Be sure to bring waterproof shoes or boots if the tide is high to avoid wet feet!
